Meals & Cake Mix Cookies

Today has been a very busy day~I have been really wondering lately what to do for my oldest daughter~Well more like worried..You see she is in Bible School-a program called the Movement~Our Pastors wanted to bring in a program that is geared towards the Younger generation 18-30..This program originally started I believe at the LA Dream Center ~ The Movement
Formally The Master's Commission..Anyway the kids have to dedicate themselves for 10 months to God and the Church ~It is pretty strict ~ no jobs ~no girlfriend's or boyfriends ..It is focused on building up the next world changers and it is focused on helping the Church, My husband and I are so proud of our daughter Lindsey. So since she is in this program her dear old parents are supporting her through these ten months, I was really worrying yesterday wondering where the money would come from to help get her groceries (she lives with a host family) but, we help her with food and other things..I was concerned because things have been hard for us~like any other family in America right now we have been hit big time by our Economy..But, as my Pastors said I am in God's Economy and He will provide for us..I believe that He will..so as I was praying the Lord showed me what to do-He showed me that I could make meals for her (now why didn't I think of that before) so I started that today..I thought I could give her home made meals every night and do 2 meals at a time. So, every night when I cook dinner I set aside a portion for her, so far I have Chili and Manicotti set aside and a special bonus Cake Mix Cookies...(recipe below). I still of course have breakfast to think about and some other incidentals but, I think this will help us alot and of course she doesn't miss any home cooked meals.
