I found understanding in the Church Parking Lot
Dear Sisters,
I am so amazed at God's faithfulness for my life..and just wanted to share with you what He showed me today.
In March my husband had lost His job for a period of 3 weeks why the company He worked for sold their plant and then waited to see if they would call Him for an interview..They did call Him and He has had steady work but, the company did not insure myself or the kids, only my husband through the job. Anyway, I have been trying to apply for disability due to my back problems that I have had for 25 years, so today I went to my doctors office and they told me they don't deal with it and I would need to go somewhere else. So, I left thinking do I really want to bother with this? So, I drove to my Church and sat in the parking lot waiting for my daughter and I had brought my bible with me.
I started reading Proverbs 3
God really gave me the understanding that if I keep His law and I keep His commandments in my heart that my days will be long and I will have a long life. It also says not to let mercy and truth forsake you; Bind them around your neck. Write them on the table of your heart, And so find favor and high esteem In the sight of God and Man. (Proverbs 3:1-4) and then over in verse 7 it says -Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the Lord and depart from evil. It will be health to your flesh, And strength to your bones.
I just love how the Lord gently reminded me of His promises for my life and for your life too. No matter what our circumstances God will provide for us, we just need to keep looking to Him for his provisions.
I hope that this speaks to you like it did me.

Hephzibah by Beckah Shae
I love this song~Hephzibah in Hebrew means (My delight is in Her) God delights in You...He says you are a crown of splendor, a royal diadem...He rejoices over you as a bridegroom for his bride..Isaiah 62
God is always looking for ways to show you his love, his mercy and his faith, his grace and his passion for you..God is so in love with you...

Influence
Last nights service was good, He talked about how God has called us to go into all the World and share the good news~we are the salt and the light of the world..one thing that spoke to me through this message was this
"Draw Circles Of Love, Not Lines Of Division."
INFLUENCE
I-Involved (be involved )
N-Notice the protection that is around us (He Protects us.)
F-Faithful-Stay faithful
L-loving-be loving and allow God to use you.
U-Used-let god use you
E-Embrace-Draw Circles of love, not lines of division.
N-Nice-be nice to people (don't condemn people)
C- Confident-be confident God can and will use you.
E-Effort -We need to make an effort to do something.
I know that I want to be an influence for God and for his kingdom~I hope something in this helps you too.

A Homeless Man and a Girl with a heart of compassion
How many times have we gone past someone in need, we see them everyday on the corners asking for help, but how many times have we gone past them never offering to lend a hand, I know that I have and Lord, please forgive me for that~God wants us to help those in need~we don't need to be concerned with what they will do with it~because God will take care of that but, we need to obey God's word when he tells us to help those in need. I am writing this today because today God used my daughter Courtney~to help a homeless man, there was a man in a wheelchair on the corner at wal-mart she had just gotten paid and was going in to cash her check, she only had 40 dollars~God moved on her heart so heavily that tears were pouring down her face and saying how sad it was, she came out of Walmart and was going to give him $10 dollars and then we drove by and she saw it said he was hungry, so we drove to Wendy's and got him some food and took it back to him and gave him $5 dollars..still tears pouring down her eyes..we prayed for the man and I prayed over my daughter that God would bless what she did..I am so proud of her.
In all things I have shown you that by working hard in this way we must help the weak and remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he himself said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’” Acts 20:35
