Gratitude Challenge Day 10

I got to thinking and I don't think I have said in any of my gratitude post that I am thankful for jesus, so today that is who I am so thankful for, for giving me such a wonderful life, for saving me, for being there for me when I feel all alone, for touching my life, for taking my sins on the cross and dying for me. I am thankful for all my Jesus has done for me and is still doing for me. I want to give him the praise and glory today for working in my life. Thank You Lord and I love you!

Gratitude Challenge Day 9

I know this sounds silly but, I am thankful for my cell phone, it is a way I can keep in touch with my friends during the day and I can go about my cleaning and teaching and communicate with friends that may need an encouraging word, prayer or just someone to listen. God can use anything to encourage and lift up others.

I keep falling behind on my days

Yesterday I was thankful that god showed me some things and I was able to encourage a friend who is going through a hard time right now. 

Gratitude Challenge Day 7

This morning I am thankful for my nice peaceful house, it is so quiet and I am just enjoying a little time to myself before my family gets up, the cats are even quiet Lol.

Gratitude Challenge Day 5 & 6

I am so Thankful for what the Lord is doing in my life and for giving me an amazing Church and Church Family. This weekend we are celebrating with our Pastors 25 years in the ministry, I have only been at the church 2 years but, I have known them for a long time, I grew up under the same Pastor that they were under. I am so thankful that they teach the Grace message and I have learned so much in the 2 years that I have been there. So, I am thanking God today for my Pastors Mike & Jane Walker and for my Church family.

Gratitude Challenge Day 4

Today I am thankful for my daughter courtney, she has always shown her love to me in many ways, little notes I will find here and there, texts that say I love you mom.
Today, she comes in to wake me up to take her to school and then she lays next to me and said "I love you Mom" it is moments like these that make me thankful to God for the little things in life.

Gratitude Challenge day 2 & 3

I am combining day 2 & 3 so I can catch up, I am so thankful to of found this challenge, it really humbles your heart on learning to speak about being Thankful each day. 

Day 2

I am very thankful for my Pastors and my church family. This weekend we are celebrating their 25th Anniversary for being in the same church for 25 years. I am truly blessed by their hearts and for their love they give their church family. 

Day 3

I want to thank the Lord for good friends and for those that encourage me and pray for me.

Today I am so Thankful for my husband and all he does for our family, each day he will call me and ask me how my day is going, I am thankful to the Lord for all the hard work he does for his family and for the awesome husband the Lord has blessed my life with and the father he is to our children, today I pray the lord's blessings upon him and that god will give him strength to get through each day.
