First of all I would like to wish AMANDA a Happy Birthday and hope she has a wonderful day.

This hop is more about awareness. Awareness for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome ( PCOS).
September just happens to be PCOS awareness month as well as Amanda’s Birthday.
The ribbon color for this just happens to be Teal. So we are hopping along today to celebrate a birthday as well as bring awareness for PCOS.

Here is some information about Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.

Between 1 in 10 and 1 in 20 women of childbearing age has PCOS. As many as 5 million women in the United States may be affected. It can occur in girls as young as 11 years old.
The cause of PCOS is unknown.
There is no cure for PCOS
